How long does a professional headshot shoot take per person?
An individual session takes about 15 minutes per person: 5 minutes touch-up with our makeup artist, 5 minutes in front of the camera and 5 minutes to pick the best photo. The day is tightly planned with our own shoot flow and crowd management, keeping disruption to the working day minimal so everyone gets back to work quickly.
Do all employees need to be there on the same day?
Not necessarily. For small teams we photograph everything in one day. For larger teams we spread the shoot across multiple days. Anyone absent? We include them in the next shoot, when you photograph a new group of employees. That way your team page stays up to date.
What's included in a Headshot Day shoot?
Brand consult, professional makeup and touch-up, styling advice, guidance from our photographer, on-the-spot photo selection and retouched photos in multiple formats. Each employee receives a personal download link with only their own photos, ready for LinkedIn, your website and email signature. Delivery time: 7 working days.
What if someone is camera-shy or doesn't like being photographed?
Our photographer guides everyone personally with simple directions and a relaxed atmosphere. People who normally don't like being in front of the camera are always surprised by their own photo afterwards. Our makeup artist also makes sure everyone feels their best before they step in front of the lens.
Do you also take group photos alongside individual headshots?
Yes. Alongside individual professional headshots for each team member, we also take group photos of your team. Ideal for the website, annual report or internal communications. Let us know during the intro call and we'll include it in the planning.
What does a headshot shoot cost for my team?
The price per person decreases as your team grows. SET and GO range from €75 to €150 per person excl. VAT, SET&GO from €50 to €100 per person excl. VAT. Budget a consideration? We have options. Tell us during the intro call and receive a tailored proposal within two working days.
How quickly do employees receive their professional headshots after the shoot?
Within 7 working days of the shoot day, each employee receives a personal download link with an access code and only their own photos, in multiple formats, ready to use on every channel. As the contact person, you also receive a download link with all photos from the shoot.
